  1. I make these cookies in kadhai or you can take cooker also..so first preheat the pan/kadhai/cooker.
  2. In cooker or kadhai put 1bowl of salt then make some stand & remember without whistle & rubber we cover the cooker,for kadhai you can use big plate for 10 minutes in low flame.
  3. Meanwhile we prepare dough for cookies.
  4. First take normal temperature unsalted butter in a bowl & blend it with a spoon or blender.
  5. Add powdered sugar in it mix well with a spoon or blender.. blend till become smooth.
  6. Add all purpose flour & Coco powder then mix & add baking powder & salt too.

  9. Put some oil or ghee in your hand & make shape as you like & put in a greased plate.
  10. Chopped Dryfruits spread over cookies & through spoon press it softly.
  11. When you put in a greased plate make some distance because butter is melting.
  12. In low flame put all cookies for 20 to 30 minutes in a pan or kadhai or cooker in it & covered it.
  13. After 20 minutes off the gas stove..& wait till it become cool otherwise it will break.
  14. After cooling it's ready to serve or keep in airtight container.
