- In a pan add 2-3 tsp oil, add kalonji, saunf, jeera and stir till nice aroma is there. Now add the paste (prepared) and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, sugar, 1/2 glass water and continue stirring few seconds. Add the paneer cubes. Then add garam masala and cover the pan, keep for 2-3 minutes till the gravy is thick. Now switch of the stove, achari paneer is ready. Serve with paratha, roti or steam rice.
