  1. Cleaning method- easiest method is to put the clams in deep freezer for 10 to 20 min it will automatically open up it's shell or other way is to boil it for 5min(but boiling does reduce it's taste)

  3. Now in deep bottom vessel add clams,finely chopped onion,grated coconut,chillies,turmeric,sugar,kokum and water and cook it on high flame till it start boiling
