- Peel and cut the lauki and potato in dices,
- Heat the oil in cooker on medium flame
- Add panch phoran masala in oil let them crackle, then add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, let them cook then add grated tomato, salt and all dry spices
- Cook this mixture till oil get separated from masala,
- Now add cut louki and potato and 1/2 cup water, mix well cover the lid and take 2 whistle on medium flame
- After cooling add garam masala cook for another 1 minute granish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice.
