Instructions to make Kofta Curry:
  1. Make kofta ball by mixing chena, gram flour, salt, chopped onion and fry the kofta on a medium heat.
  2. Use same wok and add oil if required. Add cumin seeds. Add onion paste and saute on low heat. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few min and sliced tomato. Add potato cubes salt and turmeric powder and fry for few min and cover it.
  3. If potato cubes are soft add cumin,chilli garam masala powder chilli paste and saute until oil seperates from it. Add curd and stir to mix. Add hot water, kofta and allow it to boil.
  4. Add sugar and kofta curry is ready to be served.
