  1. Take 2 packets of Hide and Seek Biscuits and parle G Biscuits.(Any type of chocolate,sweet Biscuits can be taken).Break the Biscuits into pieces,put in blender jar and make fine powder.

Take 2 Cups of Biscuits powder in a mixing bowl.Before making the batter,let us Preheat kadhai in which We want to bake the cake.In kadhai spread 1 Cup salt evenly.Place a metal stand in the center.cover with lid and preheat on Medium flame for 10 Min.Now take tha cake tin and Grease with oil or Ghee or butter.place a Butter paper and Grease it.
  3. Now let us make the cake batter.In the powder add milk in small batches and Keep on whisking.Do not pour all milk at a time.There should not be any lumps in it.Now add vanilla essence and Eno fruit salt regular.Add a tsp of milk over it and mix well.Cake batter is ready.
  4. Pour the batter in the greased cake tin evenly and tap it 3-4 times to remove any air bubbles.Sprinkle nuts of your choice.I sprinkled almond pista slices and white chocolate chips.Place the cake tin in preheated kadhai,cover with lid and bake it on med to low flame for 35-40 mins.check with tooth pick.If comes out clear,off the flame.Take out the cake tin and let it cool for 15-20 min.After it cools,Demould it in a Plate.
  5. Flip it.Cut it into pieces and Serve it.
