- Take the Hide and Seek and Parke G biscuits in all 250 gms.Break the Biscuits into pieces, add to blender jar and blend to make fine powder.Take out in a bowl.
- Preheat a kadhai with 2 Cups salt spread in it and keep a stand in the center.cover with lid and Preheat for 5 min on Medium flame.Grease a cake tin with oil or Butter.Put a Butter paper in it,Grease it again with oil.
- Add vanilla essence to the Biscuits powder, and milk in small batches.Mix it well to make a lump free smooth batter.Now add regular eno fruit salt 1 tsp,add 1 tbsp milk on it and mix well.pour this batter inthe greased cake tin and tap it 2-3 times.Sprinkle chopped nuts and choco chips on it.Keep the tin in preheated kadhai,cover and bake it on Medium flame for 35-40 min.
- After 35 min check by inserting tooth pick.It should come out clean.When cake is baked,off the flame.Take out the cake tin, allow it to cool.Demould it in a Plate and Cut into pieces and Serve.
