  7. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  11. You need 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  12. Provide 3 tbsp oil
  13. Take 2 tbsp coriander leaves

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions roast well. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté it. Pour the tomato Puree sauté it until brown.
  2. Lower the flame and add the mango pickle masala and roughly chopped capsicum. Mix it well nice aroma comes out. Now Add red chilli powder turmeric powder salt and sugar.
  3. Add Curd in the masala. Cook it till oil starts separating. Add the cubed Paneer. Mix everything well. Now add half cup water.
  4. Cover and cook until the gravy thickens.
  5. For more tangy taste you can add 1/2 tsp lemon juice in it.
  6. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.

This is one of my favorite recipes to make over the weekend because weekend calls for something yummy and not to mention, these achari tikkas are super yummy and addicting! Achari Paneer has a nice flavour of pickle which she loves so much. Instead of plain roti, I made missi roti. I was panning to make vegetable pulao. For the rice, a best combination is any raitha.
