- Preheat the oven @ 160 degrees for 10 minutes. Pour the mixture into the dusted baking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Watch the cake coming up smell the aroma of the baking cake. Insert a chopstick or toothpick upto the bottom to see that it comes out clean and dry. If not bake for another few minutes according to the liquidity.
- Your aata cake is ready. Serve hot or store it to have it with tea.
